color and color concentrate for products from children's toys, medical
supplies to computer products and thousands of items you use everyday.
We specialize in custom formulations of Dry Color Blends and Color Concentrate for thermal plastic injection, blow, extrusion and rotational molding. Our color offers superior stability in thermal, light and chemical conditions. Additionally, protectants are included for UV conditions.
Dry Color Blends are used by Rotational Molders,
Injection Molders, Blow Molders and Extrusion Molders. Among the
most economical means of coloring plastic materials, Dry Color Blends,
offer
advantages to customers who wish to produce small or prototype runs.
Dry Colors are micronized to ensure maximum dispersion through the
material. Availability in pre-weighed units allows for simplification
of blending operations and elimination of dust.
With regard to Rotational Molding, our processing adds additional grinding, which assures uniform pigment dispersion and incorporation into the product. Additionally, special dispersion and anti-static agents ensure a superior colorant for rotational molding.
Color Concentrates are supplied to Injection Molders, Blow
Molders and Extrusion Molders. Conventional Color Concentrate is
supplied in non-dusting pellets and contain an abundant concentration
of pigment blends, in a resin binder system producing the desired
color upon letdown into a natural resin.
High Load Color Concentrate provide the convenience
of conventional color concentrates with the economics of dry color.
Customers with metering technology can take advantage of this product.
X-Series stock Color Concentrate are manufactured
using our proprietary universal carrier system and are available
in 27 colors. This series offers small minimum orders and can be
custom matched. The X-Series is convenient when the same color is
run in different resins.
